Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Items purchased on sale or during promotions (unless defective)
Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos along with your order details.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.
Return Process

- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will guide you on how to return the product.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (if applicable) or bank transfer.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
