Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotions (unless defective)

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos along with your order details.
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.

Return Process

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, we will guide you on how to return the product.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (if applicable) or bank transfer.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
